NWF 2018 online camping tickets will be available from 1st February!
The NWF festival site is at Rutland Water Sykes Lane, LE15 8PX will be OPEN FROM 0800HRS on Friday 8th June for campers and participants to arrive and set up.
This year, NWF in partnership with Anglian Water and The Grainstore Brewery are offering premium camping spots (for additional cost) as well as standard camping. Please be aware that a camping ticket ONLY covers you for 6m x 6m pitch, which all your accommodation MUST fit into this space. If you wish to put up an additional tent or gazebo, you will be able to purchase an additional camping pitch.
Rutland Water have our participant’s safety at heart and therefore, we have to adhere to strict fire safety guidelines regarding camping plots and the minimum distances between vehicles. Please support the NWF team by following the directions of our site stewards on your arrival.
Once parked up, please head to the registration tent where your camping wristbands will be issued. These provide access on & off the camping area and will subsequently be monitored throughout the weekend.
On arrival, please have your printed ticket confirmation on hand to show our stewards. This will allow us to direct you to the relevant camping area and your festival experience can get started quickly!

This is not a ready-made campsite. So onsite facilities are very limited!
Following feedback from last year, a number of improvements have been made in regards camping and the facilities:
- Showers will be provided and will be located close to the Visitors Centre
- Toilets – as well as the visitors centre, additional portaloos will be placed around the site
- BBQs – these are allowed as long as they are off the ground
- Food / Drink Stalls – there will be a number of food and drinks stalls which will be during the weekend. Further details will be available closer to the time.
Please familiarise yourself with the fire safety points around the site which are there in case of emergency – BUT PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE EQUIPMENT – it is there for your safety!
Dogs are allowed on site – no problem. They just have to be kept under control, on a lead and are not allowed in the water. There is an “off the lead” dog walking area at Sykes Lane though.
