Warming up with NWF Guru Jem Hall

Like with any sport warming up and stretching is essential especially while its cold. You can do anything to warm up for example run up and down the beach a few times or lunge over inanimate objects, what ever you do be sure to make time for it as you could end up injuring yourself badly. Here is a clip of NWF guru Jem Hall doing some warm ups on the beach before his session.
